Sugar Grove Airplane Crash Update: Here’s a recap of what we know so far. This is based on what we heard over the scanner, FAA reports and local news but should not be considered official by any means. A small single engine plane taking off from Aurora Municipal Airport in route to Denver crashed in the vicinity of Waubonsee Community College along Route 47. A pilot and his passenger died, all 4 occupants of the house it crashed into were uninjured. The fire at the house was contained to the garage.
Power out in Sugar Grove Subdivisions. Picked up Police and Fire frequencies. Reportedly responding to structure fire and plane crash.
So I played with the Nook for a bit today and while it wasn’t a long test I played with it long enough to know I’m not impressed. I really wanted to like the Nook especially since it’s Android based but I couldn’t get over the fact that it’s really slow. Also why is there no web browser? The Kindle has one! Also it seems heavy to me. After a first look, the Amazon Kindle remains on my wish list.
